Giang Tong’s work of art starts from her own observation of experiencing daily life & interaction with her own loved ones. Her main topic revolves around people & worldview. Her artworks seamlessly blend realism and surrealism, serving as a canvas for her imagination while also developping her technical skills.

Giang chose to dig deep into personal & social issues through human’s portraits, gestures as she believes even the tiniest little flower, a paper boat, or an animal – all those vulnerable creatures, can tell the audience their own beautiful or sad stories, to intrigue one’s curiosity about each character. Giang wants to build her “inception” world with never ending dreams, where mysterious but so familiar people exist. 
This series of work from Giang is compared to her own artistic imaginary diary, marking self-development through time.
